Want to return an item?

• The return can be registered from your account.
• Click on 'Start return request' behind the item you want to return and follow the instructions
• Once the return is received in good condition, the obligation to pay will be cancelled or the amount already paid will be refunded.

The condition and packaging of returned items must meet the following conditions:

Items that have an unopened package may be returned.

Return instructions

1. Package the item with the packing slip or invoice, or include the email confirming the return notification.
2. Copy the address below onto the packaging.
3. Send the package back sufficiently postage-paid.
