Shipping Costs

Free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €50. For orders under €50, we charge a shipping fee of €5.90 within the Netherlands.

Orders placed on business days before 12:00 PM will be delivered the next day*

*except on holidays and for letter mail 

Note: We advise you to order products/gifts well in advance during the holiday season. Delivery times may be longer due to high volume. This also applies to orders sent by letter mail.

Delivery

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

As soon as your order is packed in our warehouse, we will send you a packing confirmation.

When your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will also include the track & trace code, which you can use to follow your order.

Delivery Method

We deliver our products in the Netherlands with DHL, and we also deliver outside of Europe upon request. You can view the transport costs during the checkout process. Below you can see how long we need for the delivery of your products within Europe.
