Palo Santo

Palo Santo literally means “sacred wood.” Originating from Indigenous traditions in South America, it has been used for centuries in rituals and ceremonies to cleanse spaces and encourage positive energy.

Today, many people in Europe also choose Palo Santo for its atmosphere and beautiful fragrance. When burned, it releases a warm, woody aroma with gentle sweet notes. Compared with white sage (often used for similar cleansing intentions), Palo Santo has a milder, softer scent, one that most people find easy to love.
